Bands are used to celebrate throughout all of Latin America. Nearly every type of celebration whether it be religious, patriotic or otherwise incorporates marching bands with colorful costumes and loud synchronized music. The bands include people of all ages and gender. Typically, even during celebrations, the bands compete for trophies and respect.

I love all the crazy celebrations they have in Latin America…and all the lovely noise that goes with it! Some of those bands are quite talented, others…not so much.
That’s a helluva marching band! Love the colours and composition of this photo.
Glad to see more folks checking out El Salvador, It’s one of the best places in Central America.
Something I really noticed in El Salvador – Their polite manners toward each other.
In San Salvador I was in a shop to have a camera repaired. Whenever a customer or an employee first came into the room, the new person would say “Buenas tardes” and *everybody* in the shop would stop their conversation and say*Buenas tardes” back!
Oh wow, what an awesome capture! LOVE the colors!!!
Color contrasts on this pic are excellent, great pic
